I work for an organization, and we want to manage all the jobs (toner level, error...) of our printers that including USB printers. I learnt that we can use HP Web JetAdmin to manage all those. I have installed Web Jetadmin and HP Proxy Agent to manage my PC connected USB printer but not working. I have followed the instruction on how to install HP Web JetAdmin on my computer. I learnt that in order to connect my USB printer, I have to install HP Proxy Agent. But I already downloaded and unzip the file, I check Web JetAdmin discover devices but nothing show up. I don't know if I missed out any step. I belive there should be a step where you need to download SMTP on your PC or something. Please advise!
