Hello,
I am not able to add my printer on my hp connected web site. It says its already reserved. The printr needs to delete the current registration to add a new one.
Any ideas?

Welcome to HP Forums,
this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you are not able to add your printer to the HP connected account,
Here are all the details you need to get through this situation:
Start with changing your account information to update your printer details:
Change your account name, email, password, notification preferences, or add an authorized email address for your HP Connected, HP Instant Ink, HP ePrint, and HP Printer Apps accounts.
-
Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account.
-
From the HP Connected window, click the Settings
drop-down list. -
Select My Account, Notifications, or Printing.
You can now edit your account settings, notification preferences, and add authorized email addresses.
