Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

HP ePrint is not working correct for a while with my Officejet 7740. Automatically sent printjob from Microsoft power automate (Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate <microsoft@powerapps.com>) to the eprint emailadress do not be printed. But all other jobs from private mail adresses get printed. Also when i forward the powerautomate mail manual to the printer it gets printed. A month ago everything worked fine and i didn't change anything.

 

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
