Product: HP ENVY 4500

HP envy 4500. Trying to print from my iPhone. When I do an alignment it prints. Trying to print a shipping label it will not print. It does not print on the label it does not print on plain paper. I checked my ink and have a sufficient amount.

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.
