Product: HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer does not print a document sent to it via email. (eprint)

I have checked all of the settings and they are correct, i.e printer is online, email address is correct. The printer can accept emails from anyone (no blocked emails). The printer prints remotely using HP print apps on my phone...etc...etc...etc.
