Hi I've got a hp m252dw printer which has worked for years, today it decides not to print from any Samsung device anymore, giving the error 'blocked paper' however the printer prints from every other device that isn't Samsung (Windows computer, Motorola Android phone) and I can't seem to resolve it. Tried restarting everything but didn't help. Thank you for any advice

@Ccc007, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
If you are able to print from other devices and not from a Samsung device alone, the issue is with the Samsung device and not the printer.
Check for any software updates, wireless connectivity.
- Make sure the printer and the device are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
If the issue persists, kindly contact the device manufacturer for assistance.
If the printer is not able to print from any device, we can troubleshoot the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
