HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer

I have been blocked from printing bon my printer by mime cast.

I am directed to the personal portal, but I don't have an account to enable me to control what is printed.

This is ridiculous.

I would like all emails from the current bloc led list to be released and permitted for future, however I am unable to do this.

 

Can someone from HP respond to this email with an explanation of how I can get these released.

This issue just started yesterday for me.  HP should publish solution.  If they cannot fix this I will have to leave HP for printing services and supplies,  This is unacceptable.

I'm having same issue - I get print out saying HP Mimecast is holding items sent to my printer via the xxx@hpeprint.com e-mail address.  Since on paper, I can not click the hyperlinks!  I do not know how to log in to HP MimeCast.  How do I fix this?
