Getting printer blocked and print spool errors.  Have cleared all cache, factory reset printer, updated drivers with no success.  

Printer worked fine in the morning and just gave error a couple hours later.  I print 10-15 times per day normally.

Turns out this was a block enabled by HP.  They masked it as a Spool error, when in fact it was a block after the latest firmware was installed.  Long story short its now been resolved with the help of another site.

 

I almost scrapped this printer as it was completely locked from printing, copying, or scanning.  All of the test pages would print with no errors.  This is a known issue with HP and using non OEM print cartridges.  There is a work around, it just takes lots of time and energy to resolve.  Absolute scam by HP and it also appears they are facing a class action suit for this as well.
