HP photosmart 7510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used to have ePrint (eg print a e-mail sent to the printer via HP Connect) available . However now I  get the message on the  printer Sever Connection Error. Unable to connect to Web service. Check internet access.

The printer have internet access (and an IP adress) and I can print wireless from my computer.

I have tried tp reboot both printer and router. I have tried to ad manual DNS Server Pref 8.8.8.8 and alt. 8.8.4.4.

Anybody can support with other solutions ?

Thx

Hi,

As of September 1, 2016, Web Services stop working and are no longer supported on select printers. One of the following error messages displays on your printer control panel when attempting to use web services:
  • Server Connection Error. There was a problem connecting to the server. Press retry, or OK to exit.
  • Web Services Problem. Problem connecting to Web Services server.
  • Server Connection Error. Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again.

And your printer is on the following list:

      http://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05211712

That may cause the problem.

Regards.

Thx for very fast response. It gave an answer but did not solve the issue as HP has stopped the service for my printer ;-(

I realize that it is several months later, but I am also experiencing the same issue with my HP Photosmart 7510, and that printer appears nowhere on the list. I even checked the list a few months back when Web Services first began giving me trouble, yet the only printers mentioned are Deskjet and Envy. Not one single Photosmart. And certainly not 7510. Please, tell me, am I missing something here?

UPDATE: Apparently, I was missing something.  I had a bad feeling that I wasn't receiving the entire list on my mobile device, since it seemed too short of a list.  I was able to access a laptop and discovered that my printer did, in fact, appear on the list...  I am truly disappointed in HP for disabling web services on a printer that still works wonderfully in all other aspects.  So much for being an "All-In-One."

Hi Banhien,

I checked the list of printers that do not have the "webservices" available.  Photosmart Premium C410 is not on that list, and yet, ePrint does not work on that.  Any suggestions on what I should do?

thanks.
