Just upgraded to Android One UI 6.0
Both my wife and I have lost the use of the hp print service plug-in.
We have:
- Rebooted phones
- Rebooted router
- Rebooted hp printer
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Print Service Plugin
- There is no problem printing on the same network from any of our computers
- The printers IP address is 192.168.1.174 and it is visible on the network
- Both phones are on the same network
- Again, this issue presented following the Android update to One UI 6.0
We've scoured the net and your website to no avail.
Please offer suggestions other than those highlighted above.
I'm guessing we're not the only ones facing this issue.
Thank you! John
