Hi,
I'm trying to print from my Samsung 8+ via HP print service plugin, but it won't print and keeps saying that it can't communicate with the printer.
When I try on HP smart app, it keeps saying the printer is not available.
What could be the issue and how can I resolve it? Thanks!

Hi @LW1017
Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.
This looks like a connectivity issue. Please perform the steps below and let me know the outcome of it.
• Restart the router, the printer, and the Phone
• Make sure the printer and the Phone are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
• If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network.
In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.
Once this is completed, use the HP Smart app to print. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1716406-1413451-16
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
