HP Envy 4520 All-in-one

Hi guys!

I use my HP printer device without problems for the last 6 months. It is connected to our home wi-fi. I print out from a laptop. The other day I printed out a document, no probs, everything was fine. Yesterday I wanted to print again - the message was that the printer and the laptop were not connected in one and the same network!? I don't understand - I've done nothing, absolutely nothing, have any suggestion how I can print again and what is going on? The OS is Windows 10, but I don't know wheter 32-bit or 64-bit...

Regards,

Miroslava

Easy stuff first.  Power off printer and router.  Power on router and wait 3 mins.  Power on printer and verify it connects to your routers SSID with password.  Status now?

Hi again!

Everything is under control - printing ok 🙂 10s a lot. I've did that with the printer, but not with the router 🙂
