I need to change the properties on my hp printer which is now linked to my chromebook. And I just cant find it. I have been printing photographs from my chromebook but they are printed in the passport size, and I want them in 7x5.
I am at a loss as to where I might look on chromebook. Any suggestions?
Thanks in hope and anticipation

Hi @Anne2810,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you would like to learn how to change the printer properties on your Chromebook. I'll be really glad to help you with this,
I have included a link to Google support on printing a page with Chrome and it lists the print settings that you can adjust.
Google Chrome Help - Print a Page
I did go through the product specifications and found that it only has USB connection, no network support.
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.

Hi, thankyou so much for trying to help. Unfortunately I have already been on this page, and this solution does not allow me to find the printer properties which is really what I want.
Thanks anyway.
Still perplexed

Hi @Anne2810,
Thank you for replying,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I did a bit of research and found that unfortunately there is no option to change the settings, these are the only settings which might work.
Click the Wrench icon located on the top right side of the Chrome browser.
Select "Print" from the drop-down menu. The Print dialogue box appears with a list of possible options specific for your printer.
Click the "Change" button under the Destination section to change the default printer.
Click the "All" radio button under the Pages section to print every page in a document. Select the other radio button to list specific pages you want to print. You can enter a range such as 1-4, or individual pages separated by commas.
Select the number of copies you want to print by using the "+" button under the Copies section to add more copies, or the "-" button to reduce the number of copies.
Choose between Portrait or Landscape modes. Portrait mode prints letter-style copies and landscape mode prints across the length of the paper.
Select the type of margins you want from the drop-down menu in the Margins section.
Click the "Headers and Footers" checkbox if you want to print the headers and footers when printing from the Web.
Click the "Print" button at the top of the page when you're ready to print.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.
Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,
It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
