I get 4-7 emails a month (yes I counted) from HP with the following subject lines:

-Final Notice: Your payment for your HP Instant Ink service is past due.

-Your HP Instant Ink account has been suspended.

-Action Required: Your payment for your HP Instant Ink service failed.

This is infuriating because my credit card continues to be charged every month, so obviously payment is not failing.

I can't block the email sender because presumably someday, something ACTUALLY relevant to my account might be emailed to me.

Also, I haven't used my printer for over a year because the stupid thing doesn't work - and yet I continue to be charged monthly AND receive 4-7 emails a month.

Have you looked at the support page here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-PLANS-INK-AND-TONER/ta-p/7924839

Have you actually cancelled your service? It is up to you to do that, HP will not do that automatically.

Yes and yes. I just don't understand why I would get so many emails about failed payments when it's continuing to charge my credit card!
