Hello,

When I have an app (Hp Smart) connected to the same  WIFI network as the printer - I can print / the printer is online. But when I use LTE connection on my iphone - printer is greyed out (Printer still connect to wifi). What could be the problem?

Hi,

Both the printer and the PC must be connected to the same network to print.

When you connect your mobile device to LTE you disconnect it from the wireless network, although the printer is still connected you cannot print as your phone is not connected at this time...

 

You may enable HP ePrint via email for the printer and print using HP ePrint when your phone is not connected to the local network with your printer.:
