HPPrintOS adding devices is hard

I am trying to add the two listed machines to my dashboard so I can track consumables etc. But every attempt thus far has returned the error message "Device belongs to a different organization."

I am using the original account to try this and there are no other organizations to choose from. The help guides and the chatbot (chatGPT) do not provide any information beyond what I already know and the chatbot won't connect me with a person.

Please advise.
