Hello,
it's been a while since I can no longer print from the web with ePrint, the service is no longer active? if I try to go to the eprintCenter site "http://h30495.www3.hp.com/?jumpID=in_EWS%2F&cc=IT" it gives me the error "Unable to reach the site".
Anyone know something and can help me?
Thank you

If your printer is an older model, it may no longer support ePrint because web services have been disabled.
Web Services has been discontinued on some older printers (as listed)
Website Support Troubleshooting, How-to, Video Tutorials
HP Smart for Windows is not supported on Windows 7.
If the printer is listed in the Compatibility document list,
If you have a supported mobile device,
You might be able to use HP Smart Mobile.
