@DHilton1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Printing Issues from iPhone with HP Smart Tank Plus 651!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you're having problems getting your HP Smart Tank Plus 651 to print from an iPhone 16, here are some suggestions to help you resolve the issue:

Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to the same wireless network as your iPhone. The HP Smart Tank Plus 651 supports dual-band Wi-Fi.

Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can update it through the HP Smart app on your iPhone.

Use HP Smart App: Download and install the HP Smart app from the App Store. This app can help you set up the printer and troubleshoot printing issues.

Check Mobile Printing Capability: Ensure your printer supports mobile printing services such as Apple AirPrint™ or HP Smart app.

Restart Devices: Restart both your printer and your iPhone. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.

Reset Printer: If you're still facing issues, try restoring the printer to its factory default settings.

Determining Windows Version's Bit-Type

To determine whether your Windows system is 32-bit or 64-bit, follow these steps:

Open System Information:

  • Press the Windows Key and R simultaneously to open the Run dialog.
  • Type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Check System Type:

  • In the System Information window, look for the System Type entry.
  • If it says x64-based PC, your system is 64-bit. If it says x86-based PC, your system is 32-bit.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
