For some reason I can’t connect my phone to the hp printer anymore so on the hp app on my mobile I disconnected the printer & I’ve tried to connect it again but it’s asking me to make sure my internet settings is connected to hp, which I’m trying to do but it’s asking for my hp internet password which I can’t remember so how do I reset it ?

If you're trying to reconnect your mobile device to your HP printer using the HP Smart app but you've forgotten the HP printer's Wi-Fi Direct password, you'll need to reset the printer's network settings to set a new password. Here’s how you can proceed:
Resetting HP Printer's Network Settings
Access the Printer's Control Panel:
- Turn on your HP printer.
- Access the printer’s control panel or display screen.
Navigate to Network Settings:
- Depending on your printer model, navigate through the menu to find and select Setup, Network Setup, or similar options.
Reset Network Settings:
- Look for an option like "Restore Network Settings", "Reset Network Settings", or "Wireless Settings".
- Select this option to reset the printer’s network settings to factory defaults.
Confirm Reset:
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the reset. This action will clear any existing network settings, including Wi-Fi Direct settings.
Reconnect the Printer:
- Once the network settings are reset, your printer will restart.
- Use the printer’s control panel to set up the wireless connection again. Follow the prompts on the printer’s display to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
- During this setup process, you will be prompted to set a new Wi-Fi Direct password. Choose a password that you can remember easily.
Reconnecting with HP Smart App
Install HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
