Hi, I have a problem about the Smart HP app on my mobile phone. I can’t even use it. It’s stuck on loading screen then they said “ Unable to reach HP cloud service, This HP app can’t communicate with HP service right now. Check that this device is connected to a network and that the internet is strong. If you continue to have issues, please try again later.” I don’t think my wifi is weak and I’m sure my printer (HP ENVY 6000e) is fine as well and I have no idea what’s wrong with this issue. Is it bugs in this app or sth? Is anyone ever through this problem? Please, I need to print my documents in my phone!!

Hi @AA294,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand how frustrating to encounter this issue with the HP Smart app on your mobile device, especially when you need to print documents. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the problem:
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that your mobile device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, even if you believe your Wi-Fi is strong, there might be intermittent issues or signal fluctuations that affect connectivity.
- Restart App and Device: Try force-closing the HP Smart app on your mobile device and then reopening it. If that doesn't work, restart your mobile device completely. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
- Update HP Smart App: Make sure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your mobile device. Go to the App Store on iOS, search for the HP Smart app, and see if there are any updates available. If there are updates, install them and try opening the app again.
- Check HP Service Status: Sometimes, the issue might be with HP's cloud service. You can check the status of HP's services by visiting their support website or social media channels. If there's an ongoing service issue, you might need to wait until it's resolved.
- Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your HP ENVY 6000e printer. To do this, turn off the printer, unplug it from power for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn the printer back on and see if the issue persists.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
