Hi Chris88,
Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that you are trying to setup the ePrint feature of your Deskjet 3520 printer.
If you have the Deskjet 3520 Inkjet Printer with a product number of C8994 this printer doesn't have the ePrint feature. The Deskjet 3520 Inkjet printer only has as USB connection and for ePrint to function the printer needs to have an independent internet connection through a wireless network or a cabled-ethernet network. I have included the printer specifications for your reference.
If you have the Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One printer then we can get the claim code. You can request the web services information sheet from the front panel of the printer and it will have the claim code printed on it in blue. The instructions on how to get this can be found in your user guide on page 15 in the section titled "To print a document using ePrint". Please follow the instructions in Step 1.

Hello @LTB1,
This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you need the claim code. I would like to help you resolve this issue.
You will need to print off the information sheet. If the information sheet lists an email such as abc234vbn3434@hpeprint.com, then the printer claim code is the number and characters before @hpeprint.com. For example, abc234vbn3434 would be the printer claim code.
You can click on the "Accept as Solution" if the issue is resolved and the "Thumbs Up" for my effort. Please keep me posted. Good Luck!
