Hi @Wahlturfcare,
Is your HP Officjet H470 mobile printer already connected to a wireless network? If so, according to Mobile Printing Solutions Compatible with HP Printers, the H470 is compatible with the HP ePrint app.
Go to Using the HP ePrint App to Print from a Mobile Device for a link to download the app to your Android device, detailed steps for printing, and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Let me know if that helps!
