Hi @Aggie0742

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If your iPhone is showing "No AirPrint Printers Found" when trying to print to your HP printer, here are some steps to resolve the issue:

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure both your iPhone and HP printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. AirPrint requires both devices to be on the same network.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your iPhone, printer, and Wi-Fi router. This can help clear any temporary connectivity issues.

Enable AirPrint on the Printer:

  • Some printers require AirPrint to be enabled. Check your printer's settings or user manual to ensure AirPrint is turned on.

Update Firmware and iOS:

  • Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website or through the HP Smart app.
  • Also, ensure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.

Disable VPN on iPhone:

  • If you're using a VPN on your iPhone, disable it temporarily, as it can interfere with AirPrint.

Use Wi-Fi Direct:

  • If your printer supports Wi-Fi Direct, you can connect your iPhone directly to the printer's Wi-Fi network. Look for the Wi-Fi Direct option on your printer's control panel and follow the instructions.

Reset Network Settings on iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings on your iPhone. This will reset all network-related settings, so you'll need to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network afterward.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • Download the HP Smart app from the App Store. It can help you set up and manage your printer, and it may bypass the AirPrint issue.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
