I have setup my printers to use ePrint. Everything seems to be working fine, however every time a job is submitted I receive an email stating that the job has been received. I would like to know how I can turn off these confirmation emails as they are unnessesary for us.

Please try the following steps

  • Logon to your HP Connected Account ,
  • Click Settings
  • Click Access
  • Then Turn off ePrint Notifications.

Regards.

Banhien,

Thanks for the response. However, when I login to my account, then go to settings, the only options I see are:

Personal Information

Account Information

Session control

I do not see the option for "Access"
