Product: deskjet GT 5820
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Impossible to connect my one year printer. It said that I have to install updates automatically. But it's impossible to do it. No services, no help from the company!! The suggested link does not exist. http://HPF430B9E0E751.local.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I would like to know the following:

 

How are you trying to connect the printer and the computer i.e., USB/Wireless?

Is there any error message when you try to print/connect?

Do you have any antivirus/security installed on your computer?

 

Meanwhile, update the printer firmware. Refer to this document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware for help.

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
