I am printing through ePrint because I no longer have my home laptop.  I need to cancel 3 jobs in order to print the job I need.  Please help.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you want to cancel the ePrint job. I would like to help you resolve this issue.

Follow the below steps to cancel the ePrint job.

  • Log on to the hp ePrint .center.
  • Click "Printers" on the top menu bar.
  • Select your printer from the bar underneath the main menu bar.
  • You should see "Recent Jobs" in the main body of the page
  • You will find an option to cancel the job right under the date and time the job was submitted.

Let me know if that helps.

Cheers.

Thanks for a reply sandytechy20, but it did not solve my problem.  when i click on teh printers icon at the top of the page iI get a list of things like Home & home office, Business, etc,  as if I am trynig ot order a printer.  What am I doing wrong?  Also, I got the message that the hp eprint site is discontinued.  That makes no sence since you answered me.  I'm perplexed.

Thanks for te reply.

I appreciate your time and effort.

Follow the below steps to delete ePrint jobs from the print history.

  1. Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account.

The My Printers window opens and a list of connected printers display.

  2. From the My Printers window, click the ePrint History button for your printer.

The print history queue displays. Items in your print history expire 30 days after they arrive. If you download, share, or reprint a file, the file remains in the print history for another 30 days.

  3. Click the All Printers drop-down arrow, and then click the name of the printer to view a specific printer's print history.

  4. Select the file you want to delete, and then click the Delete button.

The Delete selected file window opens.

  5. From the Delete selected file dialog box, click OK to delete the HP ePrint job.

Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.

Let me if that helps.

Cheers.
