Hi @Md5654,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with connectivity.
Please make sure you are not connecting to public WiFi, guest network, or 5 GHZ network. You want to connect the printer to a 2.4 GHZ network. If you are connecting to 2.4 GHZ network try restoring the printer wireless settings to network defaults and then run wireless setup to connect the printer to your network.
To clear any existing wireless settings, restore the printer to the factory default settings.
On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.
The Wireless status screen displays.
Press the button next to Settings.
Press the down arrow to scroll down and select Restore Defaults, and then press OK.
Press OK to confirm that you want to restore the network settings to factory defaults.
When the Wireless menu displays, make sure the blue light next to the Wireless icon is blinking, and then press cancel
to return to the control panel main screen.
