I need to know how to get google photo albums to hpsmart app some of them show up but not the ones I want

I see that you are looking for information on how to import images to the HP smart app.

 

Kindly refer to the step 'Import existing image files into a scan (HP Smart app)' from this link to import images and let me know if that resolves the issue.

This did not answer my question.  I have several photo albums on my Android tablet and I cannot get HP Smart to access any of those albums.  It only sees the album called "Camera".

Again this does not answer the question.  No scan involved.  Just want to get ALL my albums in HP Smart Photo Print.  Only 4 show up by default I guess.
