How do I know what size to choose for printing image using hp2700 series inkjet all in one printer, for example see sizes listed like iso 4 I normally print 5×7, or 8×10 image to be transferred on to wood,or,3×6 but don't know what size is what on printer

The paper size that can be selected depends on
The software / application you are using,
The settings within that software / application,
The paper type,
Where supported - whether you want to print in duplex.
NOTE: This printer does not support automatic duplex.

If you are trying to force / select a print size of your selected image:
The answer, if Android version works similarly to the version for iOS / Ipad Pro, is likely the same as I posted in your other thread , that is, Adjust > Edit > Crop the image into the shape / size you want it done.
If you wish to do so,
And again, if the Android version of the application supports it,
Manually Resize the image you are printing.
Reminder:
Tray and Paper settings should be adjusted in EWS before opening and printing your image.
