HP Smart
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a networked HP LaserJet Pro 200 color M251nw printer that has "ePrint" enabled. https://www.hpsmart.com/us/en/myprinters shows it as enabled and "green". When I am at home, I can print to my printer from my Windows 10 laptop directly. When I am not home, it just shows up as "offline", and I do not see any way to set up a way to print to it via the "print anywhere"/"ePrint". The documentation just points in circles - the "Use Print Anywhere" help page points to "Using the HP Smart App (Windows 10)", which describes how to enable the "print anywhere" feature, but then sends back "Go to Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App for more information" on how to use it...

Do you have its email address (should be something@hpeprint.com). You can simply send an email with attachment(s) (with the following supported file format), it will print

  • MS Word (2007) document.
  • MS PowerPoint presentation.
  • MS Outlook.
  • Image file (JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF)
  • Adobe Acrobat files (PDF)
  • Text file and Rich Text Format (RTF)
  • HTML file.

Regards.
