How do I recover old documents I sent via hpeprint? Is there a way to access the printer log from HP?

Unfortunately, no - nothing is stored long term on the servers.

Once the job is completed (or rejected / failed), the document(s) are removed.

Thanks for the response. Is there any kind of printer log generated that I might gain access to?

You are welcome.

I am sorry it is not close to what you need in this case...

ePrint is relatively primitive, in fact.

The only "log" is the email that you might have received that stated, your job was submitted to ePrint.  Perfectly worthless except it does indicate the date the job was received by the ePrint service.

The printer is not aware of what it is printing.

Logs made by the printer include bare statistics - size of paper, number of total pages (ever printed , not by job or date)

In the future, if you replace your printer, the technology has improved to the point where you do not need to depend entirely on the vagaries and limitations of the old ePrint methodology.

Obviously, the better the printer (yes, this means more expensive), the more options it will support.  Look for something that at least supports "Print Anywhere" :

“Print Anywhere App” Supported on Select Printers

HP Printers - Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App

Rats.
