Hi @Speedy24
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you'want to un lock the admin settings, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
To unlock settings on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer, you can follow these steps:
1. Access the Printer Control Panel:
- Turn on the printer and go to the control panel.
2. Navigate to Settings:
- Look for the gear icon or the "Setup" menu on the display.
3. Find Security Settings:
- Scroll down to find "Security" or "Preferences."
4. Unlock Settings:
- If there’s an option related to “Lock” or “Unlock,” select it. You may need to enter a PIN or password if one was previously set or you may use 12345 or 12345678
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
-Regards
