Just need to know where & how you delete a .pdf file from the HP Smart Inbox after printing?  There doesn’t appear to be any way to delete or where to delete.

Open HP Smart in iOS

Bottom ribbon > Click Files and Photos

Click to open folder  "HP Smart Files

Click on the little "down arrow" next to (to the right of) the name of the file

Select Rename / Move / Delete

OR

To delete photos / images in other folders, close HP Smart

Open the Photos app in your phone / iPad

View the photo

Delete (Trash) the photo from the application.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the .pdf file isn’t in the HP Smart Files folder or my photo library. Under the “My Photos” is an “Inbox” under which is my .pdf file. If you click (select) it, it opens up with no option to delete. If you try to swipe it, it does nothing. There’s no option, no arrow, nothing I can find where you can delete it. Any ideas??

I have not found a "My Photos" folder / location in my iOS device, nor any Inbox in HP Smart besides the one in Notifications (under the "Bell" icon in the upper left corner of HP Smart Home menu).  Files in the Notifications Inbox tab can be deleted.  It is understood that you are not asking about Notifications - it is simply a location within HP Smart in which I did, in fact, find an "Inbox".

I can imagine that a folder of this name might have been added to your email application.  This, too, is not HP Smart, of course.

Sorry, for the moment at least, I am out of ideas.

If I find anything that is similar to what you are seeing, and have anything to add, I will post back.

Wired but the file simply disappeared from the Inbox.

Thank you for all your replies & help. I guess there’s some reason. I wonder if it’s spoiled or stored on the printer for a limited time but it’s gone now.
