I've had a few occasions where my printer fails to print due to an error. So I print it again, and it works. Job done. Or so I think.

However, when i then turn it off, and turn it on for the next time i need to use it, it continues to print one of the jobs that I originally tried to print. There's an issue with the eprint/air print queue - and the simple answer, is to go into it and delete it - but HOW DO YOU GET TO IT? There's no information anywhere. I've tried downloading the HP Smart app ( which finds the printer and can tell me it's out of paper, but i can't see the queue), speaking to the useless virtual assistant, and logging into my account on HP - nothing.

There's nothing in my computer printer queue, so it has to be in the cloud. I go weeks at a time without turning the printer on, and it isn't even plugged in. But the documents I do print are 60/70 pages long - so it's infuriating and a complete waste of ink.

Can anyone help? It's driving me MAD. Thank you!

Hi,

What device are you printing from? a computer or a mobile device?

What operating system are you using at this device?

You do mention ePrint which is not supported for an M15w printer, you do mention AirPrint which is used for iOS devices or macOS computers as well, so please clarify the operating system as the steps may vary.

If you refer to an iPhone device, see the 'See the status of a print job' section below:
