Hi,

I have a Tango X printer with Instant Ink subscription, and get some free mobile prints on 5x7" every month. Problem is I can't find out anywhere how many new prints I get every month, and if this is affected by my subscription level. Does anyone know?

 

The instant ink pricing page doesn't say: https://www.hp.com/us-en/printers/instant-ink/plans.html

I see that you are looking for information related to your instant ink account.

Please follow the below steps to find the information related to your plan.

 

Click the refresh icon to obtain the most current information about the status of your monthly plan. Under Monthly Summary, review the following: Page count: The total number of pages printed for the month, including regular, rollover, and additional pages.

Indeed, I find the number of pages available for the month, including regular, rollover and additional (free mobile size) prints.

What I'm looking for is an overview of this information for the other Instant Ink paid tiers. Say I want to downgrade from 50 to 10 paid pages per month - how many free mobile sized prints will I then receive?
