My printer works fine in HP smart App, but when I go to "Manage HP account" it shows 0 owned printers. I have a code to add the printer at hpconnected.com, but it redirects to hpsmart.com and there is no option to add a printer! Where do I put the code. I have tried register.hp.com but that comes back with a 403 website error. Without this I can't enable the remote printing feature

Hi, Thanks for your assistance. According to that video link I go to hpconnected.com/signup and enter my login and password - yes I do that OK, it then takes me to the hpsmart webpage https://www.hpsmart.com/gb/en . If I then click on "sign in" at the top of the page is asks for my username and password again then shows me my account where I have 0 owned printers and no option to add.

Hello, how are you, I have the exact same problem. When I go to "Manage HP account" it shows "0 owned printers". From what I could read, without this option I do not have access to the advanced features like Advanced Scan Extract Text feature.

Hi. I spent 3-4 days with HP support on this, unistalling, resetting and trying different ways of installing, all lead to the same issue. Eventually I spoke to one tech who said "You need to have an HP+ printer to use these features". Apparently the printer I bought is an HP printer not an HP+ printer. So I can't use the remote printing features. Great eh?
Anyway, you can still use the email address gained via web services option to print stuff. Attached pdf's print OK but it's not instant.
