I mistakenly sent a print job to my Eprint email. It randomly reprints the job by itself throughout the day. There is no print job in my printer queue. How do I find the print job on the Eprint? I am thinking that if I can access it, I can see if the job is still there.

Hi @chooolate20,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Access HP Connected Account:

  • Go to HP Connected and log in with your account credentials. This platform allows you to manage your Eprint settings and jobs directly.

Review Print History:

  • Once logged in, check the Eprint service for any active or pending jobs. HP Connected provides a history of recent print jobs that can help you determine the status of documents sent to Eprint.

Cancel Pending Eprint Jobs:

  • If you find the job that is causing repeated printing, there should be an option to cancel or delete it from the Eprint queue. This will stop it from reprinting.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure the printer itself isn’t storing the job settings to reprint automatically. Access your printer’s web interface or control panel settings to inspect any stored jobs or automatic print settings.

Disable Automatic Printing:

  • Verify if any settings allow automatic or repeated printing and disable them if necessary. This is often located within the ‘Print Settings’ on the printer’s control panel or through the HP Smart app.

I hope this helps.
