How to choose size of print 4x6 on regular size paper

Is there a way to select what size the imagine prints on the regular size paper. Example I want to print the image inn4x6 on regular paper but the only option for mobile is to scale by hand

At least as this writing, HP Smart Mobile does not provide the ability to select a pre-set print size.

Yes, it would be a nice feature that is available in (for example) HP Smart Windows.

I suspect there is an Apple "app for that" but I've never checked.
