Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with clearing the print queue on your iPhone.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

 

Open the App Switcher, then tap Print Center. The badge on the icon shows how many documents are in the queue. To cancel a print job, select it in Print Center, then tap Cancel Printing.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to clear the print queue and let me know if that resolves the issue.
