How to connect my deskjet 2542 to my WiFi without a computer

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have recently purchased a deskjet 2542 printer but it won't connect to my WiFi. I don't have a laptop or computer was only going to use my Samsung tablet or Samsung moblie to print. Is there any way I can get this fixed??

Here is your support page with the User Guide for you to download and read.  Page 47 starts all your options.

You can use WPS to connect to your router if your router supports WPS, and it works.  Otherwise you will need a computer to connect to your router.
