I am trying to connect my laptop to my HP OfficeJet Pro 6968. The wireless printer is connected to my network already, I am able to find the printer on my list of devices. When I click on the device, it is asking for a WEB or WPS Pin, where do I find that at?

@nablack, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that you are trying to connect the printer and computer via a wireless network. I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer to configure the printer on your computer.
The WPS pin if you'd want will be on the router.
I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

This is in response to your private message.
An Enter the WPS PIN for your printer message displays, and you cannot find the PIN (password) to complete the printer setup.
When this message displays, the PIN is temporarily shown on the printer touchscreen or is on an information sheet that automatically prints. You have a short time (90 seconds for many models) to enter the PIN before it becomes invalid. Restarting the computer and going through the printer setup process again generates a new PIN.
If you cannot complete the setup with the WPS PIN, click Cancel and install the HP Smart app instead. During the installation, you are prompted to set up the printer connection.

Windows 10: Go to Microsoft Store - HP Smart to install and set up the app with your printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
