I am using the HP OfficeJet Pro 7720. I have the same problem where an incorrect email was put in and I would just like to delete the email. My problem is that several other people use the scan to email function as well and if I reset the one, I wind up resetting them all and I do not want to do that. Is there any way possible to just erase the one email from the machine?

Hi,
Click the HP ePrint icon on your printer and then tap settings, select Remove Web Services and confirm.
Next tap Apps and follow the steps to re-register Web Services.
Once doing so and selecting Apps > Scan to Email you will be provided with the options to reconfigure a new mail account for the app.

Will doing that reset all of the other email addresses my other current users have stored. This device is used by several people in an office. I do not want each one of them to be required to reregister their email accounts.

Hello Keredsnrub,
You may want to folow the steps below:
Change account settings
1. From Home screen, touch Apps, and then touch Scan-to-Email app.
2. Select the account that you want to change, and touch Modify.
3. Select which setting you want to modify, and follow the onscreen prompts.
● Auto-login
● Store Email
● Remove from list
● Change PIN
● Delete Account
Hope this helps.
Thank You and Best Regards,
KM
