Welcome to the HP Community @Marshliz,

I understand you are trying to enter a special character in your wifi password to connect your HP Officejet 4632. I will be happy to help.

There a a couple different options for connecting your printer to a wireless network. If you are using the Wireless Setup Wizard from the control panel, there is a virtual keyboard that appears on the screen and you may have to navigate different menus for lowercase letters, capital letters and symbols. Below, I have posted a link to a document that offers some instructions on how to set up your printer wirelessly. Please try out all of the steps, in order and get back to me with the results.

Your explanation was very nice, but there are some characters not available on the two special character keys. For instance the = sign. How does one access additional characters not available on the two keys?
