Product: HP Deskjet 2630
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Received new printer;

1) Connected to wifi using HP Smart Android app

2) Updated to latest firmware via Embedded Web Server (EWS)

3) Updated and enabled admin password via Embedded Web Server.

4) Tried relogging in to the Embedded Web Server (EWS) but correct user credentials denied.

5) Tried resetting by pressing wifi and reset button on printer which deleted the existing wifi connection

6) Failed attempt to reconfigure wifi using smart app.

7) EWS when accessing via direct wifi still asking for admin credentials that don't work so cannot set WiFi connection from here.

 

HOW DO I FACTORY RESET? or should I just return to Amazon for refund as being unuseable.
