Many thanks
Inkjet and Laser printers only print in the X and Y directions.
To print in 3D, you'll need a 3D printer
Not only that, the sophistication of a printer that can actually print photos would far exceed the budget of most individuals.
33 = 12.99213 inches > 13 inches
22 cm = 8.661417 = 8.66 or 8.7 inches
5 cm = 1.968504 = 2.0 inches
Results = 13 X 8.7 X 2 inches
What if you want to print 13 x 8.7
You need a printer that can handle the print size, including larger photo paper AND custom paper size forms.
and
Full Solution / Full Feature Software is required, too - "apps" won't do this.

Considerations
Use...
A wide format printer that can print larger than 8.5 inches.
Printers of this type also handle the 13 inches in the longer direction.
Example model
HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
OR
Use...
Settle for 8.5 inches in the shorter direction.
Use a Printer that supports 13 inch long paper - printers that support 13 inch photo paper are more rare than printers that might simply support the 13 inches print size.
OR
Use..
Any general printer that can handle Standard photo paper sizes
Print the photo in Poster format - "Tile" the larger sections and piece these together.
