How to print emails from an iPhone using the HP Smart print app

I use the email app on my iPhone for my Google Gmail account and I have the HP smart print app and I would like to know how to print an email through that app

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with email printing. 

To better assist you - What is the iOS version installed on the iPhone? 

HP Smart app does not support printing an email.

The supported file types on Apple iOS or iPadOS are - Photos (JPEG, PNG), PDF and Microsoft Office Suite documents (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx), text (TXT) files, and saved webpages.

You may print your email using the AirPrint feature -

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .

2. Open the email you want to print.

3. In the top right of the email, tap More   Print.
