@TAG_TTT, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To print a colorful file in black and white using the HP ePrint service, you typically need to configure the settings before sending the print job. Note that HP ePrint settings might be limited depending on the printer model. Here are some general steps you can take:

Check Printer Availability for ePrint: Ensure your HP DeskJet Plus Ink Advantage 6075 is connected to the internet and supports the HP ePrint service. Web Services, which includes ePrint, should be enabled on your printer. If you haven't set up Web Services, you might need to do so first Managing the printer internet connection (Web Services).

Send the ePrint Job via Email:

  • Open your email client and create a new message.
  • Attach the document you want to print.
  • Enter your printer's ePrint email address in the "To" field. If you're unsure of the email, you may want to print the printer information page via the Web Services settings to find the ePrint address.
  • Type a subject in the email; some printers require this field to process the email correctly.

Configure Print Options:

  • For printers with advanced ePrint features, you can usually specify printing options in the subject or body of the email. However, not all printers support these options.
  • If your printer allows it, you may need to specify black and white printing in the email body or subject. Check your printer's documentation for the correct syntax or keywords to use.

Additional Options via HP Smart App:

  • If ePrint settings are limited, consider using the HP Smart App on a compatible device.
  • Open the HP Smart App, select your printer, and then set the printing preferences to black and white before printing remotely.

Limitations:

  • Note that certain print settings like color controls may not be customizable if using only the ePrint service. Using the HP Smart App or directly from your computer may offer more control over print settings.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
