How can i print something by emailing my printer's email address?? i am new to such technology and i am not even sure if this is how to ask this question....i never knew a printer could have its own email addy lol. Anyways i wanted to know if i could, for exapmple, need to print out a page from my email, while using my Xbox's Edge browser on the outlook webpage, by emailing the printer's address itself? i have only tried this once thru my samsung s4 phone and it only printed the top and bottom lines of the email and whole page was blank, as it was a walmart grocery online receipt that is essentially a picture. will it do same thing no matter where/what device i use to open my email account, like is there a picture compatibility issue? (jpegs, pngs, bitmaps, etc...)

How do you connect it now ? Do you know its email address ? If yes, you just use your email and send a supported file format to its email address and it will print.
You can check its email address by touch its wireless icon. You can also change its email address to a valid and easy to remember using the following instructions

yeh i changed its email addy to one easily remembered. i guess my next step is to see if its a format issue or if im simpply not emailing what i want to, correctly. so am i supposed to add what i want as an attachment and email it that way?? Or if what i want to print out is the email page itself (example being that i want to email a walmart online grocery receipt...which IS an email page i am currently looking at....) do i simply forward it to the printer's email address as if it were another person?? ....one of the silliest looking questions i have ever posted lol. but i hope u get what i am trying to ask. if not, its ok. thanks for trying to help 🙂

This won't work, you have to send supported file formats directly to your printer email address. The followin file formats are supported
- MS Word document
- MS PowerPoint presentation
- MS Outlook document
- Image file (JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF)
- Adobe Acrobat file (PDFs)
- Text file and Rich Text Format (RTF)
- HTML file
