Just setup a new printer and inadvertently added “send-to-hp-roam”. Now the printer does not show when i use apple AirPrint. How can i remove it?

You probably have the printer in Wi-Fi direct mode.  AirPrint requires the printer to be connected to the router and all devices to be on the same subnet as the printer.

Do a Wi-Fi reset of the printer and connect it to the router.

The advice below is on the tank 515

If English is not your native language or if you wish to get additional information not covered below, then use the HP and Microsoft support assistants. The latest HPSA supports 36 languages and can be downloaded here. Microsoft's AI assistant is in the latest Windows 10 and 11 releases and there are instructions here on how to enable the AI. Microsoft's AI assistant (Copilot) has a microphone button and supports natural language processing.

If Smart Tank reset does not work then you need to watch this video: video here

Wi-Fi setup to router: video here

For Wi-Fi direct setup click here.
This is useful if there is no modem or you do not want to give someone access to your modem but you want to let them print something.

Simple push button or WPS setup is described on page 71 of User Manual

Let me know if you have a flex system (Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated when using the router type of connection.

I have the same problem. Printer is connected to WiFi. All iOS devices can see the printer and print.
Just the iPhone that I used to setup the printer with the HP Smart app has this problem. I already tried to delete the HP Smart app, but I still just can see the “send-to-hp-roam” and can't print.

This is just an iPhone app. Delete it from the phone.

let me know what you find out.

I have the same problem with my new HP OfficeJet 8015e printer. On my iphone, I see send-to-hp-roam but on a different iOS device, it does display correct. How do I remove from my iphone? I tried deleting HP Smart app and also restarted my mobile.

I have the same problem. I tried everything, but I can't delete "send-to-hp-roam". I also turned off "print anywhere", but it doesn't help. Factory settings didn't help either. I'm desperate.
