So I have the HP Envy 120 CZ022A and I’m trying to insert new ink cartridges. The issue is that because it’s built like a half covered box, the two empty cartridges are under the top, super against the right side. And I can’t pinch it out, like it’s been stuck by something. I used a flashlight to see if there’s any paper jam or something, but nothing was there. The bar is oiled too.

Welcome to HP support community.

Is the printer connected directly to the wall outlet?

Meanwhile:

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  3. Wait at least 15 seconds.

  4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

  6. Turn the printer on.

If the issue persists, refer this HP document for fixing carriage jam issue:- Click here

I hope that helps.
